3. Heat treatment process, in the case that the material and processing size are up to standard, it is possible that the tempering treatment does not meet the requirements, resulting in external force greater than the bearing capacity of the material, resulting in plastic deformation
Reason analysis of abnormal sound of track
There are several main reasons
1. Pin sleeve deformation, it is easy to understand that the pin sleeve deformation is enlarged to see the pin sleeve oval, resulting in large local friction of the pin sleeve
2. The center height of the left and right chain rail is different, as shown in the figure, resulting in the formation of line contact friction between the pin and the pin sleeve, and the increased friction caused by the lubricating grease is ineffective. There is an error in the pitch of the left and right chain rail, which is the same as the friction caused by the different center height of the left and right chain rail, forming an abnormal sound
