The sprocket is a cogwheel with teeth that connects into and interacts with segments in the excavator’s track. As the sprocket rotates it advances the track and propels the excavator forwards or backwards by pulling the track in a direction.

Sprockets, also known as gear rings, work with the crawler belt to move the machine forward. This series of drive sprockets includes ring gears and block gears. Our Z.K.M servies sprocket can be used on construction machinery like excavators and bulldozers from Komatsu, Caterpillar, Hitachi, Sumitomo, Kobelco, Kato, and Daewoo.

Our Z.K.M series sprockets, made with our unique processing technology, are more durable and have a lifespan 3 times longer than that of similar machinery parts made using more conventional methods.

 

We have developed and patented our own processing technology (patent number: 205-27-71281), which we use in the production of this undercarriage part.

 

Our sprockets are made of ZG40Mn.
