We apply a special heat treatment for roller shell, roller shaft with a processing depth of 8mm to the surface of excavator/bulldozer undercarriage parts, so it is hard and wear resistance when used in severe working conditions.
Each of track rollers have high rotation speeds, and long service life,less wear and tear, longer lifespan, further to your product by maximizing its durability.
All our finished undercarriage parts goes through the 2.4MPa water pressure and passes and air tightness test, so that they are each well sealed.
